1. Key License TermsNon-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use the data.

Licensed for a specific timeframe and defined authorized-use cases only.

Usage limited to business operations, analytics, product development, and authorized applications.

Governed by Belgian law, with disputes settled in Brussels courts.

2. Authorized Use-CasesLicensees may:

Store, process, and analyze the data for insights and research.

Integrate the data into software applications, studies, or derivative analytical tools.

Commercialize insights derived from the data (but not the raw data itself).

3. Restrictions on Data UseLicensees may not:

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the original dataset.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to reconstruct personal identifiers.

Disclose the data externally, except for approved authorized applications.

Make the raw data publicly available in any format.

Use the data for unlawful, unethical, or non-compliant purposes.
